Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant experience at the hotel with clean rooms and friendly service. The location was convenient for exploring the area, although the continuous automatic revolving doors were a bit uncomfortable. The dining options were excellent, and the facilities provided added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of superb and slightly disappointing experiences. The rooms were fantastic, but unfortunately facing the club playing music until 3 am. The location was perfect for exploring Brighton, but the service and dining left something to be desired.
I felt like the rooms could use a bit of a refresh, and the additional parking fee on top of the already pricey stay was disappointing. The hallways were a bit confusing, but we did have a room of good size despite the blocked view outside our window by a wall.
I stayed at this hotel during a very busy Marathon weekend. The room I got was very spacious and clean with a beautiful view over the seafront. However, the Executive suite felt a bit bare and sad. The service was friendly overall, though the restaurant staff seemed a bit off. The location is excellent, right on the seafront, and just a few minutes walk from Churchill square and the town center. The dining experience could use some improvement, especially on the first morning of my stay. The facilities were decent, and the hotel is very close to the train station.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfy, making for a nice atmosphere. However, there were some cleanliness issues like hairs and food bits on the carpet that could be improved. The staff, although helpful in all areas, seemed overwhelmed during peak times and forgot to provide a receipt, which was a bit concerning.
I was pleased with the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring Brighton, although the upkeep could use some attention. The room was spacious with a nice flat-screen TV, but noise from outside was easily heard, affecting the overall relaxation. Despite the mixed bag of service experiences, there were some friendly faces. The dining options were varied, though not consistent. Overall, the hotel provides decent value for money for a stay in the area.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are light, airy, and very clean, although some maintenance issues were noted. The service was excellent and very helpful, with a lovely touch for special occasions. The location is superb, right on the seafront with easy access to Brighton attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a good variety, though there was a slight discrepancy in pricing. Overall, a decent stay offering good value for the prime location.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was comfortable with a lovely sea view, although it would have been better if the bed and desk were swapped around for better visibility. While the room wasn't completely soundproof, it was clean and had just enough space for my needs, including maneuvering my electric scooter.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were fantastic and provided a lovely balcony where I could enjoy my coffee. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The location was fabulous, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, and the parking fee was a bit unexpected.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the rooms were clean, they could benefit from a refurbishment as the bedroom became hot and stuffy. The size of the room was great, but cleanliness seemed to be lacking with heavily stained carpet and furniture. The bed in the king room was small and uncomfortable.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location was perfect, right across from the Brighton seafront and just a short walk to the town center. The service was friendly, and the staff made us feel welcome. On the other hand, the room was in need of a refurbishment, with no drawers and a cold atmosphere even with air conditioning. The dining options were hit or miss, and there were some issues with billing accuracy on checkout.
My stay at the hotel was overall great. The sea view from my room was lovely and comfortable, although it was a bit chilly inside. The service was friendly and accommodating, with special touches like providing soya milk and gluten-free bread. The location was fantastic, right by the BAi360 tower and just across the road from the beach. The dining experience was good despite a slight billing discrepancy. However, the room temperature was a bit on the colder side for my liking.
